Comfort Rating 4 of 5 Poor Excellent. Perfect bag I love everything about this bag!!! It is so well designed!!! It's comfortable to use even when I packed it full and heavy. This is a relatively long review so if you can't bother reading, just buy it. You won't regret it. If you're a smaller person trying to figure out if it'll work for you, take a look at the bottom of my review. I could help you a little... :) I have sincerely been looking to get a good backup package for a lot more than two years and couldn't find one that suits all my requirements to look well, well designed, with good organizational pockets and be versatile in terms of activities that can be used for. But it tickles all the boxes. The only two changes I suggest are under SUPER are; a light lining to make it easier to see things in the bag if you access it through the top of the roll, and making the elastic strap holding the laptop in your shorter pocket as a bit of pain because my textbooks sit in front of this so I have to rifle around more than I would like to catch the edge of the line. It's not a big deal, but it would be convenient when I'm just getting my laptop. For any short lady out there the smallest size is great! I'm 5'2 and pretty raved so the sized backpacks look ridiculous to me but this is the right one. It fits all my day into it that is three textbooks, three notes books, a laptop, my lunch bag that is always quite large as I have long days and a toy bag, another voluminous fiction reading, glasses, water...
